We will work with you to help define your particular requirements. We'll explain all of the tradeoffs and provide accurate estimates. We use the latest technologies to deliver quality solutions on a predictable schedule and transparent process.

Implementation

Once development begins, you will be able to measure progress at every step. We will provide accurate progress reports derived from detail. We will write unit and integration tests for our code as we proceed. We write clear, well-documented, maintainable code. We are firm believers in using source control and bug tracking on projects of any size. If you have these systems set up in house, we are happy to use them (we're experienced with most leading solutions). Alternatively, we can host the SCM and bug tracking on our own servers.

Training

No project is a success unless it is understood and adopted by users. We will write end user documentation as requested, but we all know that is not always enough. We can also develop training seminars to be given to your internal- or end-users to ensure that the project is ultimately a success.
